By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 444jl platform located at 444jl.cam (the "Platform"), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and 444jl with respect to your use of the Platform.

Your continued use of the 444jl Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 444jl, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

444jl reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time, including during the registration process, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time that the Platform reasonably suspects that eligibility criteria may not be satisfied. Failure to cooperate with such verification may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible user is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 444jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify the 444jl support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 444jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal from your 444jl account. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine national ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 444jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

444jl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day and are displayed within the Platform cashier interface.

All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of KYC verification. 444jl aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier interface. Processing times may be extended during periods of heightened transaction volume, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

Funds deposited to your 444jl account may only be used for gaming on the Platform. 444jl does not accept deposits made with funds sourced from illegal activity. The Platform reserves the right to delay, reject, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably believes may be connected to fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are the sole responsibility of the user.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, all of which are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All games offered on the 444jl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers and streamed in real time.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome or display of a game, 444jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Game outcomes that have been determined and settled prior to any technical error are final and will not be reversed unless there is demonstrable evidence of a system error that materially affected the result.

444jl does not permit the use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering activity on the Platform. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and associated winnings will be forfeited.

We offer deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options directly accessible from within your account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 444jl Platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

All content on the 444jl Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 444jl or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in any intellectual property owned or controlled by 444jl.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 444jl. Unauthorized use of 444jl intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws, and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 444jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, even if 444jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

444jl makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform and any transactions conducted thereon. 444jl's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 444jl account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform's integrity, security, or regulatory compliance.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not subject to investigation or forfeiture), any remaining real-money balance net of bonus funds will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing requirements. 444jl may withhold funds from an account pending investigation where fraud or criminal activity is suspected.

444jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 444jl will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform, email, or other appropriate communication channel. The date of the most recent revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 444jl Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 444jl in good faith and provide the Platform with a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. 444jl commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to making genuine efforts to reach a fair resolution before any escalation to external adjudication.
